The Fluval Chi Filter Foam Pad has two sides that combine to as a result provide thorough and effective mechanical and chemical filtration.
Custom-sized, it fits perfectly inside the filter chamber to prevent debris bypass. The polyester side filters out debris and contaminants.
The pads should be used in conjunction with the CHI filter foam so it optimizes the purity of aquarium water. The carbon side filters out harmful liquid substances, colourants and odours for a healthy and clean environment.
