Our wood shavings are 100% natural, free from wood preservatives and also dust extracted. Soft, comfortable and absorbent with their natural odour; wood shavings then help to make your pet’s home cosy, fresh and clean.
Shavings are created as a by product of the timber industry.
We are very conscious of the environmental impact of our products an d as a result, we thern ensure that shavings and sawdust come from field timber that is on an annual replanting scheme.
Directions for use:
- Usage: Cover the floor of the hutch or cage with approx. 3-6 cm of wood shavings.
- Disposal advice: You can dispose of discarded bedding as household rubbish or recycled as garden compost. You should also wash your hands thoroughly after disposal.
- To maintain hygiene: You should remove soiled bedding daily and then replace with fresh bedding. You should the clean the hutch or cage thoroughly once a week.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
All the products that we use are by-products of another manufacturing process. We have found a way to put them to very good use and hence stopping them from going to land fill sites.
