The Striped Raphael Catfish is a medium to largely sized catfish that is very active. Being nocturnal, the Striped Raphael Catfish comes out mostly at night, though they are known for getting adjusted to daylight. They are native to the northern Amazon rivers and have not been known for breeding in the home aquarium.
