Wholesale Terms and Conditions

HugglePets Trade is a wholesaler of pet products. We operate on a proforma basis for your orders. This enables us to keep our wholesale prices as competitive as possible. Due to increasing courier costs, our minimum order is now £100 + VAT.

If you would like to be considered for a credit account then you will need to contact us and complete 3 proforma orders first. Each account is judged on its own merits and there is no guarantee of being offered a credit account.

If you are in an area in which there is a courier surcharge this will be added at checkout automatically or you will be contacted by our customer service team to pay the additional courier charges. We do not add any processing fees for this service but we have to pass on the core cost from the courier.

All prices shown are EX vat which will be added at checkout. A VAT invoice will be sent to you electronically.

Accounts are only available to pet business professionals, Pet stores, Dog Groomers, Certified Dog Breeders and similar businesses. Not all businesses who apply for an account will be approved and you will be required to prove your business status.

You can place your order directly on our site which is the easiest and quickest way. You can place an order via email or over the phone but we will need to send you an invoice so you can pay the balance before the order can be shipped.

We wholesale HugglePets range of products and selected other partners.

Deliveries can arrive on a Pallet or be boxed depending on the size of the order. If the order is due to be delivered on a pallet we will call you to arrange this. We cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred due to delayed/damaged deliveries. On this basis when you place an order you agree to these terms.

Any Damages / missing items must be reported within 24 hours. All items are scanned and weighed before leaving our warehouses to ensure the delivery is correct. If the courier has damaged a pallet of the box please sign for it as damaged as this will help with claiming from the courier. Also please send us photos of the damage as the courier will request these as part of the insurance. Without these, we may not be able to claim for any damaged in transit items.

Our customer service team is available on 01902 497788 Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm. They will be happy to help you with your order or delivery information.

We include manufacturers codes in our listings so you can find the items quickly using the search function on site. This means if you have a catalogue and search the item code on our site you will find the correct item for the correct price.

We deal with all UK import duties, tariffs and customs clearance so the price you see is all-inclusive excluding VAT. Standard Delivery to your store / warehouse is free on UK mainland non surcharged areas. Areas that require a surcharge for delivery will be charged and we will advise.
