Colombo FMC-50 Anti-White Spot –
FMC-50 is active against fungus and white spot.
You can recognise fungus with the naked eye as white to greenish cotton like fluffs. White spot can be recognised on small white spots on the skin that resembles salt crystals.

The cause of White Spot is by Ichtyophthirius multifiliis. This disease usually occurs when the natural resistance of fish is reduced or compromised. Examples of such circumstances include transportation overcrowding, water changes or the addition of new fish.
Affected fish show white spots on their skin, 0,1 to 1 mm in size. These spots can be separate or clustered. The fish chafe their skin on plants or rocks and sometimes ‘rock’ back and for in the water.
After loss of the use of their (breathing) skin surface or when the gills are affected, shortness or breath sets in and eventually the fish will die.
Instructions for use: Read the complete manual carefully before use. Dosage: 40 ml per 1000 litres of pond water.
Apply half the dosage when both the pH is lower than 7 and at the same time the water temperature is above 15°C, or when there are sensitive fish in the pond, like Orfe, Tench and Sturgeon.
If necessary, repeat the treatment after 1 week.
