For testing your GH value in the pond. The Colombo GH test is used to prevent problems after filling new ponds. It is wise to first restore the GH value in case of any problems.

The GH value is a value for the total amount of dissolved minerals in your pond, these mainly consist of calcium. Your plants and fish need these minerals to grow healthy.
